We build fences
Fences For Fido volunteers built our first-ever fence on Memorial Day weekend 2009. That fence was for a big yellow dog named Chopper, and Chopper truly was our first love.
We provide vet care
In the wee hours of the morning, one of our beloved Fidos was fighting for his life.
He was rushed to the ER for excessive vomiting.
We feed hungry pets
In 2022, we started a pet food bank on the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs reservation.
Together with the tribe, we’ve given out thousands of pounds of dog and cat food to community members struggling to make ends meet.
We spay/neuter pets
We believe in the importance of spay/neuter to keep pets healthy and happy. We partner with organizations to bring this critical resource to the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.
We inspire change
In 2014, we were instrumental in the historic passage of a key law that helps pets. We also created YouTube channel to share our message with the world.
Unchained Planet
We actively support and mentor new unchaining groups nationwide to accelerate the unchaining movement. We’ve created a spot for collaboration.
